Training


  • We are here for you throughout the whole process at any time. We are able to go to your location and work directly with you (or provide live web-based training if you prefer). Our Training Team is comprised of highly skilled Professional Trainers. We start every district out with a comprehensive Training Plan and coordinate on-site user group training. We also offer as-needed training (for new users or reinforcement training) anytime. In addition we offer on-going Advanced District Sessions to our districts to cover new features and enhancements.

Implementation


  • Our Implementation Team will meet with you to analyze your district's start-up needs and by following our implementation checklists and timelines, ensure they are met. Data will be correctly formatted with the use of our Data Scrubber and, once verified, will be imported into schooltool. We will also fully analyze the district's report needs and can format customized reports such as transcripts, report cards and letters.

Support and Product Enhancements


  • We continuously monitor our support response to ensure we are meeting your needs within the shortest time possible. Support requests are routed to the proper Support Team member and the status of each request is followed until fully resolved. Our dedicated and skilled Support Team is accessible 24/7. Our accessibility is one of the reasons Regional Information Centers are supporting schooltool in their districts and why other districts work with us directly.

    With each release we only get better. We have a focus group comprised of our schooltool staff and actual users.
