"During my first demonstration of schooltool I was extremely excited to see that it was fully integrated (gradebook, attendance, demographics, medical, discipline, scheduling and a parent portal) and all available through a web interface. During the implementation, I found the Mindex staff to be very informative and helpful. Although we were converting from a program they were unfamiliar with, they were innovative in developing solutions to our problems. As we began training, I was impressed with how knowledgable both of the trainers were. We had many scheduling concerns and both trainers were able to think outside of the box to help us reach our goal. The biggest time-saver for me personally are the datawarehouse extracts. What used to take me 3 days or more can now be done in less than 1 day! Schooltool is very user friendly, easy to navigate and has been extremely well-received by staff, faculty and administration. "
